    Welcome to BorrowingSpot.com. We are committed to providing a positive, friendly, informative and safe experience for all our users.

    This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your Personal Information when providing our Services to you.

    1. “Personal Information” means information that can be used to identify you as an individual but does not include business contact information or information that has been made anonymous.
    2. “we” “us” or “our” refers to Black Press Group Ltd. and its divisions, subsidiaries, or assigns.

    We store your information on our guarded database, and do not share this information with any other entity, unless required to by state, national, or international law.

  3. Collection of Personal Information

    1. You location, your email address, the data entered in items you are offering, the data of any contractual aggrements, and if you're verified: the encrypted data of your driver's license.
    2. We might look at Data about your device (e.g. operating system, device type, browser type) in order to provide a better viewing experience, but we don't record this.
    3. Data collected through cookies (see the Cookies section below for more information).

    When you sign up for an account with us you must provide us with a username, an email address, and a password. The collection of this data is necessary to set up an account. We keep this data private with the exception of the username, which is publicly displayed.

    When you open an account you may optionally provide us with your name, location, GPS location through a mobile device, postal code, description or phone number.

    Your email is publicly displayed as part of your Lend/Borrower profile.

      Personnal information is collected to:
    1. Prevent, detect and investigate errors, fraud, security breaches, illegal activity, and to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement;
    2. Customize, measure and improve our Services, and its associated content;
    3. Contact you to resolve disputes, collect fees, and fix problems with your account or our Services; and
    4. Compare information for accuracy, and verify it with third parties.
    5. We may use your Personal Information to directly communicate with you about our Services.

    Disclosure of Personal Information

    There are times when we disclose your Personal Information to other persons or organizations, but under no circumstances do we sell or rent your Personal Information. Here are examples of when we may disclose your Personal Information:

    1. At your request or with your consent (e.g. when you put your Personal Information in an advertisement that you post);

    3. In relation to an investigation or legal proceeding;
    4. In order to protect you, other customers, or ourselves from error, fraud or illegal activity; or

    From time to time, we may make changes to this Policy. When we do so, we will place a notice on our website. All amendments shall become effective within 90 days of such notice.
